Super gross. Had roaches. Microwave didn’t work. Looked like it was in bad condition. Room was updated but it looked like everything was just painted over. I was trying to call the front desk but it kept ringing and no one answered. I contacted Expedia to get in touch with the front re the issues and they told me to call the front again or go up there physically. So when I went, I requested a refund which she refused stating I had been in the room for over 15 minutes already. I was never informed of this rule. She told me to come back in the morning, which I couldn’t because I was there for a wedding. So, I called the manager Sunday morning and I am now waiting on the refund.

They need to do a better job when cleaning the rooms. They may say they clean them, but all they do is wipe things down. There was hair in the bathtub hair and the sink hair on the toilet. Pretty disgusting.

They didn't give us the room with the fridge and microwave and when I complain that time they said you didn't book a room with the freezing microwave. Well this is basic requirement in every room. Nobody was coming to clean the room even

My son stayed one night and before the night was over he had to go get bug spray for the roaches running around. That made it worse and they poured out of the cracks in the walls. I had booked him there for 2 weeks. They refused my money back. So they are a dirty place as well as thieves!

The dump from hell

There where roaches running all around in the room it smell it was dirty and the front desk was so rude that place is not even a 1 star they need to call the health department witch i think i will do that and they charging so much for a dump and you guys are okay with it0
