Water leaking up from flooring, 2 days B 2 B.

First overnight, waking up to water coming out of the seams in the flooring. No rooms available for a move. Returned later that day, MX said the pulled up floor and fixed the issue from air handler in the room nextdoor that was leaking into my room. The following morning same issue, no manager available to speak with a Hilton Diamond Member the entire day? Received a call mid afternoon the I would be moving when I returned from work. I packed up and moved. Very frustrating

This is a TIMESHARE! The staff are all wonderful and super friendly. I would 10/10 go back just for them. But this is a timeshare. They absolutely prioritize everything for owners. From rooms to pool chair reservations. We're not owners, and paid "resort" fees, yet most of the ameneties were closed during our stay. The pool bar was open about 3 hours in 3 days. Absolutely unacceptable. But again, the staff were all amazing! 2/10 would stay again.

The location was nice and friendly staff. I was charged a resort fee on the app and in person. Please make sure to tell them once checking in that you were charged on the Orbitz app. Room felt humid / stagnant water. Over all good size room and beautiful out door pool area. I didn’t ask to be moved due to staying just 1 night.
