Great stay!

Spacious , comfortable rooms, and breakfast included! Shuttle to universal is kind of a pain, easier and more comfortable to get a ride share. Friendly staff and great pool! Walking distance to shops and restaurant.

The bathtub was filled with hair, the ac didnt work properly and the room fluctuated from ice cold to hot and stuffy without touching the thermostat. Paying for parking when already paying for a room is big turn off. The shuttle service is also lacking and the window closes early. Staff was very pleasant however and breakfast was good.

This property charges us for parking, even when they have the space. The hotel was empty and charged us $22.00 every day. The bathroom was terrible you can close the door and sit on the toilet because it was no space to get in and close the door.

I like that the staff was very pleasant and friendly, room was very clean and accommodating. I found Hyatt Place to be very peaceful. I love that they had food that you could order and a little mini market to buy snacks. we had a great time. I love that Universal Park was nearby, walking there was a little distance. The breakfast downstairs was wonderful and tasty. will go back there.

Decent hotel overpriced when you have to pay to pa

hotel was great. Location A+Plus for Universal being so close. The room was comfy bed comfortable need 6 pillows for a king bed. The room AC felt like it never cooled down very well and the room with toliet and shower were extremely to close to the door. Very uncomfotable to maneuver in that room. You have to stand in the shower to open the door and at night when you have to use the restroom the door does not stay open so it smacked into my legs while i was using the bathroom.. Stopped in to have breakfast and an absolute mess. Someone should be cleaning up the messes

Loved everything about it except the fact that I had to pay an extra $30 for parking with no security, no garage and no parking. Had I known I had to pay an extra $30 a night for parking I would have not reserved.

Goid but the paid parking sucks

Everything was good except for parking which is expensive. There are other similar or slightky higher priced hotels with free parking. Id rather pay more for a higher quality hotel than mid-range plus expensive parking.

Was never informed about having to pay for parking to a 3rd party vendor. Received several tickets on my window referencing to pay for parking, but I provided a credit card for incidentals.
