This hotel did not dissapoint. Its in a great location and i did not have to pay for parking. Dining, shopping and mall outlets near by. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Will stay here again.

Very Good

The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The room was pretty clean and offered convenient amenities. The location is also close to shopping and attractions. I would stay there again.

Overall stay was very good, just had 1 problem for both rooms...the A/C was extremely loud i have stayed at many hotels n this is the loudest A/C i have ever heard

My only complaints are… The water pressure is the room was horrible. Also the lighting was maybe wired wrong. Example, the kitchen lights only turn on by the switches by the entrance not by the ones in the kitchen.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. We had everything we needed. However, although the lobby bar was advertised in the elevators, it was not yet open due to licensing issues. It wasn’t a big issue…just disappointing.

Nice, clean hotel close to Universal Studios. Rooms were quite spacious with a separate kitchen and hall, almost like a mini-apartment! The hotel had a good quality free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for families visiting Universal Studios.
