I have throbol with my key to open the door on the 2nd day we was outside for 3 hours with a little boy and elderly guy. The security came and also he can't open the door with the master key, he went back to his office and bought his computer and finally open the door. At the time of the check out, I spoke with the manager, and she just said that she can do anything, she didn't give me any apology.

Nice hotel

We really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times in the last couple of years. The room is so nice and they have a lot of pools and amenities. They are also near a lot of restaurant and Disney. My only complaint is the lazy river was too crowded and they make you pay for a float. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

Well rounded.

Great for a relaxing girls weekend. Was able to have quiet and relaxing weekend. Found a quiet pool. The resort offers so many thing. Lots of amenities and look forwards to going back with the family to make use of everything. It’s a one stop vacation location

Resort is nice and customer service once you are there is great . We called for bath chair , sheet for sofá bed , detergent for the washer response was always quick and nice people . The bad waa checking in with a lady whose name was “day” I asked to be close to the lazy river as my mom 91 years

The vents and floors were very dirty. We had 3 babies with us and had to clean their feet several times a day because they would be black after walking around the room. The intake vent that was also at the babies level was also extremely dusty. Other than that we had a great stay and loved all the pool options and the proximity to Disney is perfect
