Extremely over crowded everywhere including pools. Food, cups and container on the floor all over the pool area. This "Resort" is a total scam. Have in mind that the fun zone is $30 per person, which should be included in the resort fee. Never again, I'm very disappointed. At least the girls from the restaurant and the guy who did our checkin were nice.

We have been here a number of times, and we are always reminded of just how surprisingly great this place is. Lots of pools, a great lazy river, lots of restaurants, 4 golf courses, and it’s adequately staffed with friendly, competent people. I’ve been lots of places with more impressive entrances and more prestigious brand names that can’t hold a candle to this place.
