Smelly room

Due to the overwhelming smell in the room, we left the hotel and did not stay there. Lost our money and will not go back to that property again. Oddly all the common spaces outside of the lobby level were uncomfortably warm as if the air system was undersized.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and although it's an older hotel it's in great shape and has a high-end feel. It's very quiet. The staff at the coffee shop in the morning is fantastic!

This was an ad hoc booking for us, we wanted a short stay pending our return to the UK via MCO. The hotel was very convenient for the excellent local shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a little tired; very noisy AC, the shower pipe was loose, the bath sealant had failed and the toilet cistern would top up without being flushed, which disrupted our sleep. The hotel is located next to the interstate 4 and the noise is relentless throughout the night. The hotel pool was excellent but was taken over by what may as well have been a private pool party for a 4 year old during our last day. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces.
