Fantastic property. Needs updated inside the rooms. Some of the flooring grout is lifting. The workers keep painting over the issues without correcting the issues. Elevator quit working when we were there.

Room was spacious , very clean with a kitchen. Quiet area that was within walking distance to Sea World and a 1 mile drive to Aquatica. The 2 cons were intermittent internet and only 1 elevator for the building.

Our first room did not meet our expectations, it was a studio but how do you expect people to watch TV when the bed is across the room from the TV? They need to rethink the set up and focus on what is comfortable for their guest. Pillows were terrible on that bed and we booked a King and the bed was smaller then the frame so there is no way it was a King size mattress. When we upgraded to a suite with a king the mattress for the entire bedframe and was an actual King . I would expect even though it's a studio it would be more comfortable and look like a resort not a run down hotel .

The place was amazing but it was obvious the place was cleaned superficially. I could see handprints on the headboard of the bed. The shower was dirty. I found black hair on the walls and the shower floor felt sticky. We had to go purchase sandals to shower. Other than that the place was pretty good

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. For me the bed was not as comfortable as I prefer but overall good. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the pool was nice. We would stay here again.
