The property is in great need of updating and overall room renovations. The floors were old and not very clean. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower stall had a 1-2" hole in the floor pan, was very stained, the shower curtain was too long and not clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets/duvet clean and acceptable. The room was quiet. The front desk personnel were pleasant. The location was convenient. The No Pet policy was THE reason for choosing this property (allergies). I would not recommend or stay again until Wyndham improves this location. Very disappointing of the company to let this happen.

It was one of the worst experience I ever had I mean from the hotel room being dirty and roaches to them having cops out there and people yelling and complaining the whole time walking by the door just crazy

Probably the Worse Experience

This hotel shouldn't be in business anymore. The place is dirty and have a lot of safety concerns in the rooms. The rooms were loud and the area is not the safest. My bathroom had pee stains on the floor it was the worse hotel experience. I left after one night. They need to renovate and truly hire better staff in order to keep the place in good shape.

The property had no signage out front… one small sign on the door… The room was very outdated with gapes and scratches on the floor, not sure what was on the floor of the shower. I had no hot water.

It's a cheap motel, it is what it is, room was "+"

I booked a cheap motel. I like to be able to book a cheap motel, if you are looking for a cheap motel book with them. If you don't they will fail and there will be no more cheap motels.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham at Heart of International Drive, and I cannot express how disappointing my experience was. After checking in, I entered a room that was unacceptable: it was dirty, humid, and had an unpleasant smell. I immediately felt uneasy about the conditions and decided to leave. The hotel refused to issue a refund for my stay, and Expedia also would not refund me, despite the unacceptable circumstances. It’s clear that the hotel is aware of its subpar conditions yet maintains a strict no-refund policy, which raises concerns about their priorities regarding guest well-being. As a Wyndham member, I have been truly disappointed, and they should reconsider having this property under their brand. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. If you value your health and safety, please consider choosing a different hotel where your comfort is prioritized. In short, I recommend avoiding this hotel altogether.
