We missed a flight in Orlando and had to stay an extra day. We were very happy with our stay here, from the convenient shuttle to the pool. I especially appreciated the bare floor. I do not like hotel carpeting.

We’re extremely happy with our stay at this property. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Walking distance to numerous dining options. Free shuttle to the airport, just sign up beforehand. Our room was extremely neat and well set up as well as very clean. We will stay there again!

I was surprised with a $10 per day parking fee upon check-in. Would not have booked this hotel had I known. The employee checking me in couldn’t have cared less. The rooms are clean but I won’t stay here again.

Very nice 3-day weekend stay

Our stay was very nice. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean, although it was not maintained throughout our 3-day stay; despite us not requesting that they not clean it. Breakfast was very good and the pool was great for my son.

This hotel denied having a reservation in my name and said the hotel was full. Nothing available for the one night. Not helpful to find us another room in a different hotel. This is at 9:00 pm. Their excuse for not honoring the Rez was that the receipt was not from them!!!! Of course we will NOT pay for this reserved room and would like an explanation.
