The area floods fast. This property has a serious noise issue. The walls are too thin and there is no soundproofing for outside the rooms. Very frustrating to not have good sleep on vaction. Will not be coming back here

Family trip

Only 2 occurrences kept it from being at a 5++ score. Room wasn’t ready by 4 and asked for housekeeping and was told it would be between 10-2 and they showed up at 330. Nothing else detracted from stay. Staff was great and activities were fun. Would come back again. Nice location. Hotel still deserved 5 even with 2 issues.

Pool is great its so warm so if you dont like warm pools kn Florida dont come. Our room was cute but AC broke so for 3 days we had nothing. They moved our room on day 4. Same building but absolutely no privacy. If you want to sit on your private porch you paid for there will be constant people from staff members to refular guests right there looking at you so that was not a good thing. I requested a broom all week never received it. The staff was nice about everything. But i was told i get resort fees waived and they only did 2 days thats nor what i was told. They were constantly booked so we couldn't change to a more private area. Also they have an amazing on site storw that has it all but noone ever told us so we kept leaving property to get food and items i wish we knew.

The actual rooms did not match the photos listed on the site at all. There was such a difference between the pics listed for our room selection and what we encountered in real life, that I thought we somehow checked into the wrong place at first. Despite this, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The mini golf was fun. We had a larger area than we expexted though it was more dated than the online pics. Honestly it wasn't a bad stay at all, I just can't get over feeling like I was misled.

My stay was excellent! Food was amazing, staff was amazing, pool/hot tub was amazing! The only thing that could have made it better is if the whale pool was 18 & up only for those people who prefer to enjoy their vacation without a bunch of kids around
