This hotel was an absolute dream from the customer service to the upkeep of the room , to the sights and all. I took a trip here for me and a friend’s birthday. It is conveniently located between the theme parks and the front desk attendants alerted us that there is also a shuttle provided. We met with Danny who was a representative for the hotel who informed us of all the amenities of the hotel and gave us a beautiful welcome packet. There was no pressure either which I loved to take part in the hotel perks. We had a two bedroom room. This room was bigger than an apartment. It was very spacious. It also smelled amazing. It had a kitchen a dining area a living room area two bedrooms and a hot tub. The balcony was absolutely gorgeous. I had a view of the poolside and there were nets to keep the bugs out which was a plus for my friend and I. The bathroom came with many towels and amenities. There was a laundry station built into the room. I cannot brag about this hotel enough. It was an absolutely perfect 5 star stay. It feels like home and you wish you would never leave.

The shower in the room was a shoe box! The bar closed at 2:00 in the afternoon and they demanded to see a drivers license with my room key. Did not feel welcomed. Very disappointed! There was NO living space in the room! Claustiphobic! Will not stay there again! The pool was nice.
