Our rooms were clean and everything worked. We had a family "suite", it was a really good size and very well organized. Staff was indifferent. We didn't need customer service at any point so cant say if they were helpful or not (they never gretted or looked up when you passed, like i said indifferent) which is why i gave it 5 star. I can't complain about anything. The only complain is the area however that was my own fault for not researching ahead of time. That is not the hotels fault. It is a sketchy area, a lot of homeless, not in the property, but as soon as you drive out. Everything inside the property is OLD. So it does look like it isn't clean but they do have everything spotless and clean. Its just really old and need updates. So overall we were happy with our stay and our room. I can't speak for anyone that would need help with anything or if something stops working.

I understand the property is currently remodeling and upgrading, but unfortunately my family’s stay was disappointing. The AC units never got cold enough, and we were uncomfortable at night. Our suite had mold on the curtains, no silverware, no stove and the bunk beds had old food and crumbs along the edges, which was pretty gross. The key to our door rarely worked, and the staff seemed annoyed whenever we asked for help. On top of that, the laundry room took my money without working, and the water park/pool area was just warm water nothing refreshing and they charge daily for access for the waterpark which should of been included. Overall, the place felt run-down despite the renovations, and I personally would not stay here again.

The first room I came to was dirty and outdated. The second room they gave me was updated and a little cleaner. I still have to wipe down a lot of things in the hotel room. The waterpark is not as big as a perk as you think. They close it periodically throughout the day. There's never anybody there to supervise you going down the slides they close the slides. Just left the lazy river and a few mushrooms. Cool. All together it was a mess don't And if you're looking for clean and fun family vacation, I would spend the extra money and go somewhere else. You can't beat the price. But you do suffer because of the price. The only plus was one of the associates that helped us the first night. She was very pleasant.

There was a hidden addional charge of 58. For it being a resort / hotel for the water park , i went to use the water park and had 10 minutes because they were closing did not get the chance to use the water park during my stay.

This will be our last visit here

The second year coming from my son's birthday. We got the suite room for our 6 member family. Our toilet wouldn't flash, the bathroom sink leaked & overflowed the floor. Kiddie pool was green, only 2 slides open & non of the workers spoke good English. Charged me $60 to check in at 2pm & disnt even give me the correct change for the buffet breakfast.

The location was ok. The first space you enter has the kids bunk beds, table, and kitchen area. They need to change the chairs where they can be wipe down. They were dirty and need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The bathroom had small roaches. They did provide plenty of towels for the pool and bathing. Bathroom was an ok size. The next room included two full size beds, and the mattress needs to be replaced. I had to call maintenance for a remote to the TV. First guy couldn't fix, but the 2nd guy, who came the next day, was able to get the tv working. The pool areas were decent. The game room should have an attendant. Some games weren't working properly, and you had no way of getting a credit. The cafe needed a second worker. For a Saturday, they had one waiter, I left without getting anything. Overall, I wouldn't go back. Not sure if I enjoyed the stay.

Oh Damp!

The bed was comfortable the room was moderately clean but very damp even the towels were damp the sheets were damp The ceiling fan blades were drooping downward I'm assuming from the dampness over time. The staff was friendly and helpful
