Upon checking in, I must say that our front desk receptionist named Nathan was helpful, courteous, and provided us with excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure that my elderly Aunt was placed in a room a few doors down from our hotel suite. We were all extremely happy and satisfied with everything that he provided.
