Breakfast was good, just needed the food out a little faster. A lot of hungry people but other wise good. Not much at the store front to ship for snacks in the lobby. The bath room door is super hard to operate. Will be back.

Element is a perfect place to stay to get everywhere you may want to go! The staff and so helpful and friendly, the rooms and facilities are clean and welcoming and the overall vibe is amazing! The only downside is having to leave! Would 100% stay again!

The hotel itself was very nice. We only stayed for a night because it was close enough to epic universe. We also had to get on a cruise the next day. Hotel is clean and spacious. Loved how it had a little kitchenette to warm food. Breakfast was really good, family enjoyed. Although the staff at the breakfast place need to take it down a notch. Denying customers simple things like creamer for coffee because they were 3 mins late is very poor judgement. Yes rules are rules but it's not like people were asking for a full meal.
