Enjoyed the offerings like happy hour and the included breakfast during my stay. The food at breakfast was delicious. The staff was very very friendly at check in and everyday as we were leaving for our adventures. Our room was very clean and the hotel it self was very unique. We liked the bonfire it offers and the gym was a nice size. Will definitely stay here again!

I really love this hotel chain/brand this hotel was no different from any of the others that I have stayed at. I enjoy their open spaces and clean lines. Even though it is a hotel and it has the hotel feel to it (great for vacations), I also like that there is a sense of home. The space is extremely clean and well lit. I was a little disappointed with the surroundings as it appears that they are doing some road work or upgrading in the surrounding area. This should diminish over time. The location is fabulous because you are close to everything yet it is peaceful/quiet. Breakfast was always a treat. The staff were gracious and the offerings were different and tasty - inclusive of an onsite chef. Great property.

Love the spacious room.

The weather was amazing the room was huge. Plenty of space. My son loved the gym. The ice machicine on the 4th floor was constantly out of ice but the 6th floor always had ice. The beds were comfy and cool. The room had a full kitchen which was nice. The breakfeast was absolutely delicious with a variety of food to choose from.

We checked in and asked what our room configuration would be, the lady stated we’ll be staying in a 2 bed sofa room. When we got to our room, it was very spacious and clean, and it included a small kitchenette complete with a cooktop. We converted the sofa into a bed but there’s no linen available. Tried to call front desk several times but no answer; ended up using linen from the beds. Parking not included, luckily it was a 2night stay. Breakfast was good, chef was there to take orders like eggs on English muffin. They also had fresh fruit and chobani yoghurt station.

The hotel was conveniently located in the Sea World area, stores, and the Convention Center. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was great. I also enjoyed the amenities, like the pool was warm since we went during the winter and they had a fireplace that we enjoyed in the evening.

This property is excellent. Do not have one bad thing to say. Me and my husband loved the staff, the cleanliness, the free breakfast and coffee and tea service 24/7. Everything was beyond our expectations! Our room was so clean and spacious! We will be back! If you stay there, go to the bar and ask for Lucia! She's the best❤️

I understand it was year end, but it's unacceptable not cleanning the room or change de sheets for 2 weeks. Hotel facilities are nice to be, but overall was the worst cleanning service I ever received in a stay.
