This used to be a decent deal but the property has gone downhill. Parking is $32 a day, elevators need servicing, and although housekeeping entered the room they didn’t make the beds or even empty trash. Much better options in this price range

Room smelled like smoke even though it said non smoking. Carpet was black and really old. We stayed on the high floor which is supposed to be nicer but really had a disappointing stay. Only stayed one night because of it. Called the front desk and unfortunately we’re not able to switch rooms. Parking was expensive and inconvenient. Really dirty overall. Would not stay again.

The mattress was sunken in, in the middle. It was very uncomfortable. The toilet leaked constantly and was annoying. The curtains were too small and allowed a lot of sunlight in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady to vacuum the room because of the debris on the floor. On the other hand, the staff were helpful and kind.

travel all the time however, lately a lot of the people working behind the counters and some of the hotels I’ve been at have been unprofessional and/or just not that hospitable. Not the case here everybody behind the front desk was very polite, friendly, and made me feel comfortable even the valet parkers of the car were very nice and polite. The hotel was great. The room was nice and cozy.
