The hotel photos online are deceiving. The pool was dirty and algae on steps. Leaves on bottom of pool. Bed is in need of replacement. The staff were nice just not a what I was looking for.

I grew up in Florida and lived there for about 15 years. This context is important. The first thing I see when we walk into the room is that the AC is set to 68 degrees. It would be one thing if that were true but my sweat soaking the sheets all day say otherwise. If there is one redeeming thing about Florida, it is that it has its AC on lock. I'm paying 300+ a night for Hilton to scold me for AC use like they're my grandma. Any energy concerns are also out the window since on the day of our checkout, both the AC and water were down, along with the elevators which was super great at 5:30 in the morning on the 6th floor. Staff were helpful and attentive, no problems there but considering how much the management is cheaping out on AC, I doubt they are being paid their worth. There are hotels that are cheaper around here with better AC in Orlando.

Room was just ok. Very dim lighting throughout the room… even in the bathroom, so it was hard to put on makeup. Also ended up with handicap room so water was all over the bathroom floor since the shower was made for a wheelchair. Bed was super low which I’m sure was also because of the kind of room. WiFi was just ok. Fine for one night but that’s all

place was pretty nice and I’m happy it was pretty close to my school. The staff was nice and some of them are UCF knight alumni which is cool. The breakfast was good and my favorite part was the cookies they have in the drawer that they give you when you check in.

Asked for a room near the elevator as I have mobility issues. Was assigned a room almost at the end of the hall nowhere near the elevator. Went back to front desk and they rectified the situation….but to make such a careless mistake is ridiculous. $330 a night for a hotel room and they can’t even furnish a refrigerator and/or microwave
