The entire hotel was hot - our room was hot and musty. The desk staff were great - some of the other staff were fighting in our hallway. No mini fridge - which is annoying.

We found a cockroach in the property and show the photo we took and showed it to the reception desk and asked for a change of room, they gave another room which was slightly better but had a musky mouldy smell. we were disappointed. I appreciate the staff though, they gave us a switch but the hotel is not well maintained. We expected better customer experience as well.
