Front desk was nice but over worked. Waited over 20 minutes in line for check in with only about 5 groups in front of me. Seems the hotel may be overbooked. I booked a suite with expedia over a week ago, paid in full, upon check-in, the hotel staff had to "find me a room" but also charged me in full for the room (i already paid in full to through expedia), and the room was not the suite I had reserved. The hotel claims after I check out, expedia will just release all the money I gave them for the room, but I talked with expedia and they said that is absolutely NOT the case. For 2 days now expedia has been unable to get someone from the hotel to respond to them. As far as the room, other than not being the suite I reserved it smells musty, but other than that its a functional hotel room, however Wifi was non-functional the whole first day which is not optimal seeming as this is a business trip. I have spoken to the desk a few times about this double charging, but each time they disappear for a few minutes come back and assure me I have not been double charged (I most certainly have), and offer me free breakfast, which I decline as I simply do not want the double charges. I don't even mind that it's not the room I requested. Just don't double charge me and be honest please. Expedia has attempted to contact them but no one from the hotel will respond.

Questionable cleanliness and not family friendly

Carpet was old and dingy and felt damp and mildewy. Didn’t feel clean at all. Did not end up with any room cleaning service for my 5 night stay. There was also a “spooky convention” happening there that was definitely not family friendly nor appropriate for young children. Had we known that was happening we would not have booked there.

Not too bad

Spring break trip with the kiddos. The hotel was okay. We stayed in the main tower & we’re upgraded. The hotel area was so large that it made sense to drive to the breakfast area, pool and laundry services. Walking from our room to these amenities felt exhausting. It was more than coming downstairs. Finding a parking spot was challenging throughout the day. The rooms were clean. Unfortunately the elevator broke during our stay and we had to walk far to the other end to catch the other one to our floor. I believe we were on the 9th floor. Overall not the worse experience.

Hi!! We stayed only one night due a Graduation Ceremony here in the Orange Convention Centre. During the night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, the air conditioning is leaking water, maybe need some fix.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was excellent. My only concern was not having any hooks or bars to hang wet suits. I hung them outside to dry a bit and tided them to the railing so not to lose them, other than that we would come back.
