The people are friendly and professional. The room is very large and looks clean, but is very musty smelling. I had fabreeze with me so sprayed it a couple times during our stay to deal with the smell. Please be aware they charge $20 for parking the rental car over night. I would possibly stay again, but would be sure to ask for a different room if i smelled the musty smell and not try to deal with it myself.

Good. Beds are comfortable, rooms and gym were clean. TV in my room didn’t work, which I just wanted some background noise so it didn’t bother me. I’m sure it was an easy fix but I didn’t care to request maintenance.

Front desk people need to do better. When I asked the final bill, they handed over a paper with just the cost of the nights. I asked the full bill including parking and other things we have consumed. They say there were “waived” and that was the final cost. Later one, the bill came in my email with a bunch of mistakes and now I’m having to seek the hotel/card for refund. Additionally, tried to use the restaurant around 10:00 pm. Front desk said they were still open, but when I swung by, two employees were at the kitchen doing cleaning. I knocked the door, called them, waited for 15 min and nothing….they closed and left. They even came outside to say it was closed. Vey poor customer service.

Convenient as far as close by local restaurants to eat at and stores. About 20 minutes away from Disney. Hotel was clean and felt safe. Cons - bed was uncomfortable for me, too firm. It was a pain with lots of traffic to get out and uturns.
