Rooms very disgusting I was move from 4 different too due to same issue hair in bed, pillows, bathroom, toilet shower floor and sink and room floor disgusting I complain multiple times at check in was changing rooms for over 3 hours and they didn’t compensate me nothing nor was very concern due to front desk agent confirming wasn’t the 1st time in the day that has happen

Big Hearts, Broken Doors

This was unfortunately a terrible stay. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff, they were truly kind, apologetic, and went out of their way to help. The hotel itself is extremely run-down and desperately needs repairs and updates. When we first arrived, none of the keys worked for any doors. The first room we were given had a door that wouldn’t even open. The maintenance man had to shove it open with his shoulder, and once inside, the door wouldn’t open from the inside either. I refused to stay in that room. I wasn’t about to risk getting stuck inside with my two children. To their credit, housekeeping does a decent job keeping things as clean as possible given the hotel’s condition. The front desk staff and the maintenance man were the absolute highlights of this stay, their kindness and willingness to help is the only thing keeping this place running. I didn’t try the breakfast the next morning, so I can’t comment on that.

Here’s My only complaint: I requested a print out of my receipt and was told I used a 3rd party so they will send you the receipt by email. I’ve never had anyone refuse to give me a printed copy of my bill. Otherwise all was good.

Comfortable and Clean

The bed was super comfortable especially after a long day at Magic Kingdom. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety! My 2 issues were that my room was missing a curtain on 1 side of the window, so I had the bright lights from the nearby store’s & restaurants shining in all night, and my bathroom had 2 Conditioners but no Shampoo… luckily I had a Shampoo from a past trip in my bag.

Pire Hôtel que j’ai visité dans toute ma vie

Très forte odeur de moisissure en arrivant à l’étage. Ma femme et moi nous sommes réveillés le lendemain matin avec une forte toux et de la congestion nasale. Cet immeuble est contaminé par la moisissure et n’est pas sain. Nous avons demandé un remboursement du séjour, j’ai encore la preuve papier que je serai remboursé mais après 8 jours je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement alors qu’on mla promis un remboursement en 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Je compte porter plainte à Hôtel.com et si je n’ai pas mon remboursement d’ici quelques jours je vais porter plainte â la police.

The breakfast was great with Mickey waffles and the kitchen staff was wonderful. The front desk staff left much to be desired and it is definitely an older building in need of maintenance and repair. Overall it fit what we needed and having bunk beds for the kids was great. Also, only being a mile from the Disney entrance was the main reason we chose this hotel.
