Not So Comfortable Inn

We checked in after midnight and all went straight to bed. Next day, my elderly mom with heart failure was first to shower. There wasn’t a bath mat visible. My mom entered the tub holding the railing and slipped/fell. The tub was slippery. She is badly injured. Went downstairs for a bag of ice. The man at the desk provided only a bag, said to get ice on 2nd floor. They didn’t ask if my elderly mom was ok, or offer to call an ambulance. We were on a short Disney trip for MNSSHP and instead of doing Disney we spent the night at a clinic. Next day we checked out and realized the bath mat was hidden behind the corner of the shower curtain, NOT in the shower. The hotel provided no resolution for this incident. Thankfully hotels.com was very helpful/understanding. The hotel itself is ok if you’re just in need of sleeping somewhere. However the humans working at the hotel are not helpful. They definitely don’t match the Disney-vibe, they barely match the human-vibe. Pick another hotel to stay at if you can.

Picture frame and lamp shades had food on them, paint on ceiling chipping. Wall outlets loose, my phone didn’t charge bc of it overnight. General stink in the hotel. Breakfast was less than desirable.
