Amazing! Just needs to have a better way to check in late. Other than that barefoot, is my favorite place to stay anytime I’m working or visiting in Orlando. I’ve stayed there around 18 times in the last 3 years. This being said, anytime I visit Orlando I will be checking if they have any rooms available before I will go anywhere else!

We have stayed numerous times. We love the property and love staying across the street from Fun Spot. Its nice to be able to stroll out every evening, shop, dine and have some fun. The 2 bedroom was very nice, clean and super roomy! We will be back as usual.

Family weekend

My family has stayed here many, many time and enjoy the room, location and the pool! But was disappointed when checking in this time. We have VIP perks and have gotten early check in whenever we have arrived before 4:00. This time the man at the desk was not friendly and said room not available period. I ask when he thought it might be and he was vary vague. I felt he didn’t want to help me out I even said can you please call or text me when the room is available. He never did when we returned later he was not there and another person was working. At this point a few hours had gone by and it was about 4:00. Women stated room still not available but then checked to see if any rooms were available and got us checked in. We also never received and text after check in to see how everything was, which is past stays we did. I just felt the customer service was lacking compared to previous stays.

It’s very good not excellent but good. The situation was the access to the pool area. From the building you need to walk the entire parking lot or crossing the grass area where the little raccoon lives. Another situation are the housekeepers they don’t have any. They told us that they will bring towels every 8 days. There was a dishwasher a broom and cleaning stuff so they pretend that in my vacation I will clean and that’s a No No. the best part? Location.
