Excellent building, excellent location, excellent cleanliness, and excellent service. The only slight annoyance was housekeeping trying to rush me out of my room 1 hour before check-out time. Other than that though, this place is a real hidden gem! Highly recommend.

My experience at the Hampton Inn Chicago Orland was disappointing. I checked in on Wednesday, March 26, and was informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day, as posted. Unfortunately, I had to repeatedly ask the front desk for cleaning services, which was frustrating, especially with three small children (ages 11, 6, and 4) in the room. The highlight of my stay was Kalijah, who finally helped us on Saturday, March 29. She was exceptional—kind and accommodating, truly the best part of our visit. However, we also faced issues at the pool. Alex's attitude was alarming; he threatened to call the police because of water spilling out the door, which made us feel unwelcome. Given the amount I spent on the stay, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My review

Our stay was okay. It could have been better but the shower door didn’t work and room service was fair. I requested room service but they left the room dirty and only one towel and it was two of us. The bed was not changed either, Marintia Renteria was super awesome and helpful. It did leave me with some concerns.

My family and had very bad experience here the noise complaining to the front desk every night i was there and the noises was still the same kids running in the halls.The kids playing and running over your head when trying to sleep in the room up above. Kids trying fight my kids and take there things. I will not be returning here.

I really loved ALL of the employees, and their wonderful attitudes; they made the stay worth it. The only disappointment was in the reservation I requested a tub if possible because of having a baby, and was given a shower so I had to make due washing my 11 month old with the sink for the week which kind of sucked.

Would normally give higherd rating, but we were traveling with family who ordinarily like to use pool but pool was ice cold and even the kids wouldn't go in. Very disappointing. Also, the snacks are an exorbitant price. A profit is ok but they were too high. If the price was more reasonable may have bought more.
