The good: Breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. Checking staff were good. The room bathroom faucet leaked and the drain broke every other day and it was gross when waste water came out of the cabinet base. Plumber “fixed” it twice and it was leaking again the last day. The pool is run down and dirty. The furniture in the top floor bar was grossly stained and the bartender made sloppy cocktails. 3 star property at best

Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Excellent location due to proximity to mall chapel, etc.

Our suite was lovely. The place is centrally located, excellent staff , good breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful.
