The room was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. However it felt like false advertising for the “hot breakfast” which consisted of powdered eggs and sausage. You have to request this in the back and they will bring you a plate. Very dissatisfied with that.

It was ok

Sheets in our rooms were not clean , the room itself was clean. The receptionist was very helpful. Hotel is a bit run down , but price was ok, prob won’t stay here again though.

The hotel was adequate accommodations, and it served its purpose for a place to sleep. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms. The jacuzzi and pool looked dirty, which was a major turn-off. Overall, the experience was just okay, nothing too special. Despite its flaws, it was a roof over my head.

Glad we found this place last minute.

We originally started at a different hotel (ester lee inn) because it had ocean view! It was a dive, so we switched to this one even tho there wasnt oceanview. Clean place, good breakfast, dog friendly, nice pool, friendly staff (even during the tsunami scare we felt safe)! Glad we made the switch!

I've stayed here several times before. This time I noticed a few changes that I didn't like - the carpet was filthy, there was mold along the bottom of the wall in the pool area, and the railing in the hot tub was loose. They've also reduced breakfast eggs and sausage to weekends only. I always find the staff very friendly and the rooms nice and fairly large, so that was still in place. There's no carpet in the rooms, so that was clean. I hope at least the carpets gets addressed before I come back again.

Everything here was fine, with the exception of the beds and pillows. The pillows fall flat instantly and slide behind the mattress and wall. The mattresses are somehow extremely soft while also being bouncy, making it hard to sleep comfortably. These are only real issues we had during our stay.

It was fair price, and the staff were very pleasant and kind. The room was ok. The bathroom floors were sticky; there was no soap in the dispensers and the sheets appeared clean on one bed and not the other. The staff were great though!

Uncleaned rooms

After checking in I went to my room, and noticed it had only been partially cleaned. Looking around there was hair on the bathroom floor, false eyelashes near the beds, fridge had been left unplugged and near the door (not in the built in area for it), an odd odor to the room, and stains on the bedspread. I went to request another room. They were able to give me one. But this one also seemed partially clean. There were muffin crumbs on the chairs, a weird red stain on the floor which had attracted ants, and drinks umbrellas by the window. The curtain also didn’t close entirely so I had to clip them closed since the room was on the first floor.
