Large clean rooms, quiet. No top sheet, just duvet which was too warm. Not good dogs are allowed in breakfast area. Medium size dog was jumping on guests and putting paws on the counter several times. Owners would not control dog even on the leash.

The staff was friendly! However, the microwave was broken, the bath tub stopper was broke, the pool and hot tub were broken. The hot breakfast were sad scrambled eggs and low quality sausage links. The doors struggled to close and the credit/debit machine was also broken. The beds flopped around moved when you sat on them. Overall I would avoid this hotel again.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and overall we like it. However, the pool and hot tub were down. The staff called the day of the reservation to let us know, in case we wanted to cancel but by then the price of everything in the area had more than doubled. So going elsewhere was not an option. Additionally, they used to have several "hot" options for breakfast. Now there are just waffles and cold options during the weekdays and maybe more during the weekends.

I would not recommend this hotel. We experienced multiple issues during our stay. Our keys quit working half a dozen times, prompting continuous trips to the front desk. Evening front desk staff could not figure out how to change the bathroom light bulb and was going to leave us overnight without a working bathroom light, so we had to figure it out and change it ourselves. Our room seemed fairly clean, but the common areas are far from clean. The same garbage remained on the floors of the stairwells remained for all three days of our stay, not to mention the carpeting in these areas is extremely stained and dirty. Due to the pool being down for maintenance, which we knew prior to check in, they only offered a $6 amenity fee reduction. If it had not been a busy holiday weekend, we would have left to find different accommodations. Finally the evening staff stopped by our room while walking by to ask why our room door was open. #1 it is none of your business, we had it open on an end room to allow for some air flow through the room. #2 him telling us we needed to close the door and that it could not stay open all night was not needed, but we would like to thank Captain Obvious for that bit of insight.

The Inn offers exceptional services, a talented chef, and a delicious breakfast. On-side parking is available for guests. I was disappointed to learn by phone a few days prior that the pool and spa would not be available during the time we stayed. The recent notification is very frustrating as it significantly changes expectations for the visit.

I grew up coming to the Ashley in. Now as an adult this is the 2nd time I’ve brought my kids. This 2nd experience was very different. It did not feel welcoming. Staff were not around for check out. Breakfast was minimal and not impressive. I noticed less towels in the room and no mini toiletries. Honestly pretty bummed to say I wouldn’t come back.
