The room was generally pretty clean. I found a few stray hairs in the bathtub that weren't mine. That was fine. But the room was overpowered by Pine-Sol or whatever cleaner they were using. You couldn't walk down the first floor without smelling the odor of wet dog or putrid smell of an unclean dog. The phone in the room didn't work and the staff kind of shrugged their shoulders at it. The air-conditioning/heater didn't work. Any kind of parking upfront was a nightmare due to the slanted hill that the parking spaces were all on. They did have a back parking lot, but it was kind of inconvenient when you have to carry a bunch of luggage. I will be staying at this hotel ever again.

I checked into my room got comfortable in my pajamas and went to turn the TV on and it didn't work want to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Fortunately Elaine at the front desk was very helpful and quickly put me in another room right across the hall

Would absolutely not stay again. The staff were literally everywhere it was hard to check in. There were cigerette ashed between the toilet and the bathtub and the shower head was literally rusted and had tape holding it together

My only issue is the heating and cooling system both times I have stayed does not work. I’m a very warm person and not being able to get the system to adjust to my setting is a pain. I thought it was just the one room I stayed in a month ago but no, my recent stay was the same way. Otherwise great place!

Stains on the walls, pillows and sheets. The lobby and elevator smelled like dog. The room felt more like i was in a hospital. I ended up taking my family home early rather than stay there for a single night. Anybody thinking about staying here. Just do yourself a favor and skip this one

Price was good balue

Good things: Our desk person was so welcoming. She made sure my service dog was allowed. Room was clean. Bad things: we had the noisiest room closest to the freeway off-ramp. Big trucks used their Jake brakes down it all night long. The door had an air gap all around. It let in noise and truck exhaust.

Front desk was very difficult to deal with. Rooms need lots of work. Broken toilet paper holder, lights burnt out. Floor seems like it has not been mopped for a long time. Parking is horrible. Elevator needs service. Soda machines broke. Window screen bent. Outside of building very dirty

The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Courteous staff. Air conditioning did not work, but you could request a fan if it was too hot in the room. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Parking was available but on a steep hill.
