Very dirty floors in the room. Found a q tip and used floss on the ground.. super gross. Walls are all marked up as well.

The smell in the rooms, hallway, an lobby is horrible. Smells like dog pee. Th floor was slick with something gross. We couldn't get out of there quick enough. Yuck

Bathroom sink clogged and some lights didn’t work. When we opened up the bathroom door after a shower, the small amount of steam set the smoke detector in the room off. One of the elevators had issues. The floor smelled like pot when getting off the elevator. The parking is horrible. I do like that they accept pets without an extra fee but I’d probably pay more to stay somewhere else next time.

Beds are super uncomfortable. Room was decently clean and the property up keep was good. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Only complaint was a lot of loud extremely drunk people after about 9pm

Over all an ok place to stay. Loved that it was close to the beach, restaurants. The mattresses really do need replaced. Not comfortable at all. The lady that checked us in was amazing. Said she had only been there for a few months but was amazing.

No AC. Was told they were anticipating new units and the current ones were turned off. Desk offered a window fan. Coastal town so humidity fairly high. Room 80 degrees and stuffy. Had to open the window to get fresh air (2nd floor) but we were over a major highway so traffic noise an issue. Smokers (tobacco and weed) were just below us. Room finally comfortable at midnight. Woke up by truck noise at 3:45. Got up and checked out. Not a good experience at any price. Won’t be back.

Cheap room, great staff.

We had to take 2 elevators to get from parking to the 3rd floor where our room was. Both elevators were making terrible noises, and the door to the parking area was not secured. The room size was pretty good, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Metal frames made noises whenever we moved, and the mattresses themselves were like sleeping on boards, and the pillows were flat and pretty useless. Staff was very friendly, and I appreciate that.
