We stayed here in July 2021 shortly after they opened after renovating 2 old hotels. It was such a great experience we decided to stay here again. It's one of only a few hotels in Lincoln City with direct access to the beach without going down long staircases. The location is perfect and our stay just as amazing as the first time. We even stayed an extra night. A few things showed some wear from the last 4 years, but overall everything has been kept up nicely.

Our stay at Lincoln Sands was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff at check-in were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The fresh hot cookies at check-in were such a delicious and thoughtful touch! Our suite was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in excellent condition. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to parking and a quiet atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The view of the beach was simply stunning, and the easy access made it perfect to enjoy the ocean anytime. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great views of the ocean right outside our patio. Breakfast was very good and hot I reserved two rooms, I thought I reserved two of the same type of rooms with ocean views. I did not one was in the other building. The manager was kind enough to up grade the second room and have it right next to ours. Great place to stay

The room was spacious, has a nic eview of the ocean and easy access to the beach. However, something is missing in the furnishing in the room where we're at. There was no table and a couple of chairs to eat at. I called the front desk, and they said these rooms don't come with table and chairs, just bed and a couch. So, where do we eat our food , our breakfast? On the couch? Or on the bed? I'm sorry but we don't normally eat our meal on the couch, nor bed. Also, the shower stall is nice but there's no door, so the water goes out onto the floor. The shower stall has glass walls so you have no privacy. This made our stay kind of uncomfortable.

Hands down one of the best hotels in the area. Had a hot breakfast with many options, Chowder and cookies in the evening, A very short & easy walk to the beach and gorgeous views. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper a couple times because they weren’t stocked but besides that it was a great place. Definitely staying again.

I liked the location of this hotel and the pool and hot tub area. Although they said pool was 90 deg and it was not that warm at all but the kids did enjoy it for a little bit. I think the bottom room floors moss out on the scenery all you get to see is the grass. Requested a top floor but got the bottom.

A woman's hairs were all over the bathroom. Although early check in was allowed, this mess was not cleaned up and we had to clean it ourselves. The patio screen door was also broken and that detracted from the experience that was expected to be luxurious.

We didn’t like our room at all. It seemed to feature the shower as its main attraction. Unprivate showering with no option to close off the area. The patio was small and claustrophobic feeling and furniture was uncomfortable. Couch and chair in living room area was uncomfortable but bed was nice. View from the room was hard to sit and watch ocean. Window were high and very dirty and railing to the patio cut off the view. Breakfast was adequate but not enough seating available for such a large hotel. We ended eating outside as the weather was nice, otherwise would have had to take our breakfast back to our room which was in another building (very inconvenient) Phone wasn’t working in our room. Screen door to patio torn and needed maintenance Entry door hard to open and close. Access to beach was good and had area to wash off our Sandy shoes. Elevators and luggage carts helpful. We cancelled our second night and moved on.
