The parking was great and my car was parked right outside in front of my window where I was able to start it from my room and it was ready to be driven when I got to it. Everything on and around the property was clean and neat.

We had an overall good experience! It was a little tricky checking in. We checked in and were told our rooms were ready, but neither of the rooms were ready. It was a definite inconvenience, but the staff was very kind and ensured when we returned they would be ready for us. It was all ready that night when we returned. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to that area!

The staff was excellent…very personable and helpful. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative was the breakfast was sparse. Usually there is something hot, such as scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy. Overall, the stay was very good.

Couldn’t chech in because my reservation wasn’t on your system, I had a reservation confirmed for my stay at Spark on Friday the 31 of July and check out on the 1st of August I I . I had a print on for my stay which had the confirmation number .. the hotel staff said they didn’t have my information for my stay.. I had used my Discover card for the reservation, and I waited a hour ,, before I could socheck in ,, I had to use another credit card in order to get checked in…l just drove over 600 miles to this Hilton resort called SPARK ..very , very upset especially why you think everything is in order. Especially when you have children
