The room was quiet and clean. The lady attending the breakfast bar took the coffee pot 10 minutes before closing time. By breakfast closing time, the bar was comletely cleaned off. The selection for this nice of hotel seemed a bit weak.

We had to switch rooms because the thermostat was broken. Both rooms had so much frost in the freezer portion of the frig that nothing could be put in it. The creases of the chairs in the breakfast area were full of crumbs. Lots of spills in the breakfast area that did not get wiped up. Very meager offerings for breakfast. The American flag outside was at half staff. The state flag was at full staff. 😲

Unable to check in and poor food

We were unable to check in until 8:00 pm because the rooms were not clean. We waited over 4 hours. Many people were in line waiting to check in. Then there were no towels in the room. The breakfast was terrible. The rolls were still frozen. The waffle maker was not working properly. The waffles were stuck and crumbly. The milk container looked dirty. I did not want to try it.

When I tried to check in at 9PM, I was told it would be 20 minutes before a room was ready and when they asked if that was OK, I said no. We had been driving all day, check in time is 4PM, it really is not acceptable to wait that long at that time of night. I asked if there would be a discount and another worker snapped at me and said no, if I don't like it, call hotels.com and cancel. Waited 45 min for a room, as did many other guests. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom, the room was in general disrepair, the breakfast was horrible. The staff was rude and not helpful.

Stood in line for 2.5 hours to check in while multiple people came back to the front desk (where one woman was working) saying the room they were given keys to was not clean. Reserved 2 rooms - neither room had been cleaned (at 8 pm) so we never got the rooms and no offer of a refund or any assistance.

Dont do it!

Took over an hour to check in, once we got our room. We went to our room it was dirty we had to run to target to get towels, we bought new bedding cuz we didnt trust the bedding on our bed. Breakfast the following morning was pathetic!! For what we paid I was not impressed!! If you can choose, choose not to stay here!!!

Check in time was at 3 pm. I tried checking in at 5:30 and no rooms were available. Tried again at 8:45 PM and again tried to make me wait 60 minutes until rooms were available. Check in lines were over an hour long. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel for that reason alone. Rooms were average. Clean, but dated. TV remote did not work. Pool looked awesome. Not open for some reason. Terrible lock on the door that literally you could just lift to get through. I would not recommend this property - drive to Lincoln before you stay here.

Trip to Omaha

The worst stay at a hotel iv stayed at. Check in was a night mare. once checked in made it to the room and room was filththy. The batheroom had hair on the tile floore. There tissues stuffed behind the hair dryer on the shelf in the bathroom. The hotel is of decent size and with it being sold out for the weekend the only way to go out was the front door in the lobby. All the side doors for easier acess to your vehicle were alarmed and had signs only use incase of emergancy. That definatly made it hard if you parked on the oposite side of building and had to walk all the way to the lobby to get out side. Just not a pleaseant experince with this hotel.

Terrible communication, poor check in and cleaning rooms late until the night. Flags outside were not flown properly. Way understaffed, keys didn't work properly, no wash cloths, limited hot water. I will NEVER stay here again.

Arrived at 7 pm to check in and took almost an hour standing in line. Then they didnt want to give us our room key but reluctantly did but indicated that we couldnt go up to our room yet because it wasnt cleaned. Was told to wait at least a half hour. Was able to get in room at 9 pm. Indoor swimming pool water was cold. Continental breakfast was severly lacking, cold cereal, some fruit and waffle maker not working. Property seemed ok but management, front desk personnel and housekeeping definitely needs attention.
