A pleasant surprise for a short stay.

I was looking for a budget, friendly hotel for one night as my air conditioner was cooling down my apartment after some maintenance. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the presentation and the friendliness of the staff. Plus, it was a very nice diversion for me just to get away from it all for a little while even though it was just a few miles from home. You best believe that I’ll be doing it again when I need to get away from it all and I’m on a budget.

The staff are friendly. The facility is clean and maintained. The bed and linens are comfortable. The room has door seals and room darkening shades. This all adds up to a great night's sleep.

Bottom line, I will stay here again and recommend it! Easy to get to off the highway. The property feels fresh and spacious. Great staff. Front desk folks were very nice and efficient. Cleaning staff was on top of things and everything looks to be well taken care of. Breakfast options were excellent quality. Gym is good. Pool is nice and was warm. The only small things I would change- the soap dispenser in the bathroom is odd. You have to squeeze it to let liquid out. I’m also not a fan of the bedding. The duvet, if you can call it that, is laid on top of a quilted blanket. It’s hard to make sense of what’s going on and was not as comfortable as a normal blanket. Neither thing made my stay bad, they are just things I would suggest changing. The Salty Dog restaurant is across the parking lot and a great place for a tasty convenient meal or cocktail.
