The hotel is really fun and had great vibes with nice staff and bar, but the beds were not comfortable and the hallways were very noisy.

The front desk clerk and manager on duty were unfriendly and dismissive. I am a Bonvoy club member and yet I was made to feel like second-hand trash. I will Mae it a point to never stay at this Moxy, or any Moxy ever again.

Atmosphere was good. However, there was an Oder of sewer in the hallways. The valet was having a little difficulty with getting my car checked in. The remote to the Tv barely worked. Other than that everything was fine

Stayed here for one night. Check-in was seamless, staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The Moxy is right in the center of Old Market, an easy walk everywhere we went. Would happily stay here again.
