Staff was wonderful. Kind and willing to help in any way. However, walking into the hotel we noticed a smell. Unfortunately when we got to our room it was about 80 degrees and smelled absolutely horrible. Like take your breath away! After speaking to the front desk (again she was wonderful) she moved us to another room. This one did not smell, however it was very humid even with the air on and the air conditioner made a clunking sound all night. Side note: in the morning when I was picking up towels to put together there were a couple bugs under them…this hotel is just a no.

When pulling down the bedsheets to lay down our baby for sleep, a bug came running out. I was able to catch the bug and identify it as an earwig. I took the bug down to the receptionist who apologized and offered an explanation of moisture in their laundry room. She offered to move us to a different room, only it would be two queens instead of one king. I agreed to the move as the vision of the bug would definitely haunt me if we stayed. She offered to also cover the cost of the new room for this one night. We were moved to a room on the sixth floor. Our previous room had been on the third floor. Only one of the elevators was working during our three nights stay, so much time was spent waiting for a ride. We were disappointed to see that the new room was just a standard two queen bed room, where as our original room had been a one king suite, with a living area. The amount of space we lost was very noticeable. Our luggage was on top of each other, and I was now eating my after bed snack in the bathroom as the children slept right outside. The breakfast was great! The pool was very small, but provided hours of fun for our older child. The staff was generally nice. Unfortunately, the bug really ruined our overall opinion of this day.

I don’t think there’s any insulation in a single interior or external wall. The noisy highway outside and hearing every noise in the hall made it hard to sleep. We had to request a 4th towel every night which was strange when it was reserved for 4 people. The pool is tiny, but nice. The breakfast was good and the fitness room was nice.

Good clean mid-priced hotel

The hotel was well maintained, and my room was very clean. The breakfast area was large and provided a lot of room. The breakfast was good. My only complaint was the traffic and car wash noise in my room.

The staff is great. Breakfast is good. But the rooms smell like a boys locker room. We originally thought it was just our room, so we requested a new room. Ricky at the front desk was great a super helpful. He swiftly put us in a new room, but unfortunately that room also smelled. Like I said, the staff were all great. But based on the smell of the rooms alone, I would not stay here again.
