We traveled 6 hours for appointment at the cancer center close to this property. We were checked into a nice room. Started to rest and eat a bite so I could take my meds. Got call from desk that we would have to move rooms! After preparing it took a half hour to get new keys to a room that had no bed; the bed was set up along wall bedding taking up chair! Of course I was upset when I called desk, they put me on hold! I called back, got Manager Lisa! She told me I was rude and I could pack my things and find another room elsewhere. I explained being unable to physically; I needed to lay down! She said she didn’t have to put up with my rudeness and I couldn’t treat her staff badly and she hung up on me! I called back again and was put on hold, called again really biting my tongue! She said she would come up and talk to me. All this time I’m laying on the floor. She came to room, my husband said she’s laying on the floor. Her response”well I’m not going to pick her up”! When I got off floor my body was uncontrollably shaking, I had difficulty putting one foot ahead of the other without my husband helping. She grabbed our belonging and started down the hall. Our new room was 225 on the other end of the motel! Her words “I’m not obligated to give you a room!” She may be the manager but lacks any ability in customer service and compassion! I will be filing a complaint with upper management!

So first impression was not so good. Surprised at $15 fee for parking. They don’t bring towels to your room. Because obviously a 5 ppl booking needs more than the standard 4 towels. It was cleaned decent but customer service was wanting. The breakfast was decent and fully stocked with warm food. Couldn’t figure out the Netflix and Hulu they bragged up. The one ways out of the parking lot should be clearer marked. The swimming pool was beyond cold but kids enjoyed it. We had a decent time but wouldn’t go back.

Our first time at this hotel. Great experience all around. We have the two queen size beds for myself my wife and my two teenage children. Room was huge better than most that we've experienced. The staff at this property were very helpful and friendly always willing to get us what we need to make our stay easier. Our room included the breakfast every morning which saves us a ton of money to do the things we can't go to do. Make sure you scan the code outside for payment if parking is needed. Additional parking is located in the right side of the front of the building. There was no free street parking so if you have to feel good this is an accessibility. We will absolutely be standing at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Clean, good breakfast but little parking

Hotel was a pretty good location. Very clean and up to date. Breakfast wasn’t bad, and we didn’t get the chance to use the pool. Upon arrival there were several people trying to check in and only one check in gal. Some sort of company where she had to reserve their rooms again or something like that and took some time to separately check in the 3, but she remained calm and courteous. The one complaint was no parking. The tiny parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all the guests for the night and I’m glad I hadn’t preparked, and paid because we wouldn’t have been able to park after our event at the end of the night. There was some parking down the other block so was a walk but we made it work. It would just be nice to have at least another parking lot for overflow parking. Also a cart would be helpful for people with a few bags.
