A/C worked well. The door slapped shut if we didnt hold it. The bathroom door was difficult to shut. There was only one small garbage can and it was in the bathroom. I did like the wireless charging station on the night stand. The beds were noisy with every move. The staff were complaining about people checking out at the front desk. I was not happy about having to pay extra for the parking. The gym was clean. The pool had a clean area.

The breakfast was great! The cleaning staff was very friendly. The parking was bad. A wall in the kitchen area in our suite was stained with some kind of splaah/spray. The building looked great and was new' er looking.

We were in Omaha for the Keith Urban concert. We had a Lyft ride to concert, but realized it was an easy walk back to hotel. Some construction in the area, but not noisy for sleeping or wake up. Very nice property and the suite was excellent and comfortable.

Don’t waste your time

Stay was okay, once we got in. Had an event and tried to check in early and they didn’t have a room ready, I understood. However, check-in time is 3pm and I was told (and everyone else checking in) around 3:20 that no rooms were ready. It’s just unacceptable. Was told to wait and that they’d let me know when that was, no ETA. Ended up waiting until after 4pm after following up. Room was okay, found a toenail clipping on the floor so cleanliness and service are not their first priority. I’ve never once had this happen at another hotel amongst many stays and we were lucky we had extra time, others do not. I would not recommend this hotel and won’t stay again. I was hoping there would be some sort of refund (fully paid up-front for the room) or parking reimbursement but that didn’t happen. Disappointing
