Public areas had not been cleaned over the weekend. Common area bathroom and elevators dirty and only mopped the elevator and did not clean the doors or panels at all.

Very quiet area, across the road alot of dining and shopping. The access to get in and out of driveway is a one way. The parking lot could use some repairs. Ann at check-in did a great job. Pool was warm and refreshing. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival at 2:15 pm was told that I had to pay a $10 fee for checking in before 3pm. Staff was rude and would not wave the fee even though I was there only 50 minutes early.
