17 years ago it seemed easy to go through the motions. Today with the passed renovations it seemed hard. Crammed room space especially the bathroom. Not worth the money. The last 2 nights at Little America in Cheyenne put this place to shame.

We were in town for a concert. I booked this hotel for the walkability, and for the great reviews. It lived up to the hype! Check-in was smooth, and Sarah was amazing! Even gave us warm cookies. Dennis drove us to the concert & picked us up, even though traffic was a MESS! The room was clean & comfortable. Will stay here again!

The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Branisha. The hotel had a lot of people staying there, yet there was only 1 elevator in service the entire time we were at the hotel. We had long waits to go up and down. We had the room next to the elevator and it was loud causing difficulty sleeping. Our room did not have a good AC unit. It was hot in the room throughout our stay. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking floor. We only had hot water. We had no old water at the sink to brush our teeth and had to use the bottled water which I was charged for even though I am a Hilton honors member. Not a good experience at all.

This hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes from the Old Market and the airport. The rooms were large, but they felt dated. There was a vent in our ceiling that was hanging loosely, and not a lot of room in the bathroom. The highlight of this property was the shuttles! There were shuttles running to and from the airport and also one on weekend evenings to help you get around town. Special shoutout to Dennis, who gave us awesome recommendations and was an accommodating driver.

I had the worst experience. Among arrival checked into my room dirty towels, used soap in bathroom. The rooms were very old had a smell. The rooms price were very high a night not to even have a refrigerator in the room. For this hotel to be downtown area I was very disappointed. They charged my room double on parking and charged me for water I didn't touch. I'll never go back there again!!!

Nice Hotel & staff

It was a good stay... parking is ok not greatest but ok. Pool need more tidying during day then it got ...not enough towels in area. Asked for towels from maid never recieved had to call clear to front desk twice once each night and wait dor them. Bht room good , bes comfortable, not to comfy pillows but very spacious bathroom. And 4.00 for bottle water is crazy. ( not customer friendly price)

Busy day in Omaha. Restaurant bartender was excellent and quick! Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Would book here again. Trash cans in the room were very small and there were no trash bags.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the Gene Leahy Park and the old downtown area. But they also provide shuttle service, which is awesome. We spent a lot of time waiting for the elevators, and I'd like to see a better selection on the restaurant menu, but overall, it was a good experience. The indoor pool was nice, but I love a hot tub, and that was missing.
