All very good except for Saturday night when there was live entertainment below us, not informed of this. Staff offered another room but didn’t want to change as it was late and we were tired. Breakfast served by a lovely lady so friendly. Room very good. Staff great . Thank you

Bedford Swan Hotel & Thermal Spa
room clean, young man on reception was helpful as was the young lady. Staff in the lounge were also helpful, although service was a little slow - perhaps it was a busy time around 2.00pm.

The Woburn Hotel
Room was great and staff were nice. The only thing we didn't like is that the water from the tap was labelled no drinkable but there was only one small bottle of water per person which wasn't adequate. There was tea and coffee facilities but no water for it so we left early. Would stay again but ...

Horwood House Hotel
We had a lovely night stay at Horwood House. Room was great, the food and drinks at Harry’s Bar within the hotel was fantastic! The staff were also so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help! Would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of staying here.
