Duty manager terrible

⭐ A beautiful hotel, but deeply disappointed by the shocking treatment from the duty manager I stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its facilities and overall quality. However, my entire experience was completely overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the duty manager. While I was in the bath, he forcefully knocked on my door demanding immediate payment, as though I had no intention of settling my bill. I was completely naked and explained that I was not appropriately dressed and requested privacy. Despite this, he continued to stand there with a card machine that wasn’t even working properly, insisting on payment in an extremely disrespectful and humiliating manner. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt completely embarrassed and intimidated by his actions. There was no courtesy, no understanding, and absolutely no skill in handling guests. I spent over £300 expecting a high standard of service, and instead I was left feeling shocked and humiliated. I have reported this incident to the hotel and sincerely hope they take it seriously and address it appropriately. -

Lovely Stay!

The price of the actual room was fantastic for what you get. The bed was very comfortable and room was a lovely size. Air conditioning unit being on at my request was a great touch. Only downsides I would say - Towels are too small (as with all hotels) - Prices for snacks were astronomical - £4 for a small tub of pringles you can get in the local shop for around 90p.
