I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Loved the hotel, the rooftop deck. The area around the hotel was kinda scary and we never felt comfortable/safe walking near the hotel so we Ubered immediately when we left.

The customer service Edwin at the front desk gave was exceptional. So well-suited for the position. The hotel is nicely appointed and the room was lovely. We're hoping they replace the carpet in the room sometime soon, not in bad shape, but could use an upgrade or a good carpet cleaning. The location was great, and all the front desk staff were gracious and friendly. I did let them know the lamp on the wall was not working. And there was no soap in the soap dish by the sink. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
