Our room was clean and charming, the furniture was comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, very walkable. My only caution is that there is a vagrant population in close proximity - but this is an urban location, you'll have this, and we were asked for handouts but not aggressively. Providence is a GREAT city to visit, we enjoyed the local restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends.

This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!

The air conditioning unit is extremely loud and makes a weird noise, and doesn't function properly. It was 76 in our room. Made sleeping extremely difficult. Staff attempted to assist to no avail.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of professionalism or attentiveness I expected from a hotel. One of the amenities that was promised with the room was air conditioning, but the AC was not working during my stay. This was especially frustrating because it significantly impacted the comfort of the room and was an amenity I was expecting to have available. I was also surprised and dissatisfied to find that there was no dresser or adequate place to hang clothes. This made it difficult to unpack and organize my belongings during my stay. Overall, between the poor customer service, the lack of working AC, and the limited storage for clothing, I don’t feel that the stay met the expectations set when I booked the room. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests. I will mention that I did get a partial refund from the hotel but had to reach out numerous times to get it

Clean room in a very nice area and in a walking distance from Brown University.
