Great location. Room was spacious. We stayed 3 nights. I requested housekeeping on the third day but all they did was take out the trash and leave new towels. I had the make the beds myself and rinse the sinks.

General Disrepair

This place has fallen into disrepair. One of the two elevators has been broken for two months. One of the rooms in our party had a missing fridge and several power outlets didn't work. Another room in our part had several outlets that didn't work. The breakfast room is always hot like the A/C isn't working well. The elevator carpets were disgusting. And they're flying a tattered American flag outside. Stayed twice, wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel was undergoing construction and there was no notice that it was. There were construction vehicles parked in the parking lot blocking several spots which made parking impossible. Hotel shower had mold in it. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner was not stocked. Shower had seems like it was installed on the wrong side of the shower. The way the shower door opens, you have to get into the shower to turn the water on which means you will be blasted by cold water before you’re ready to get in. Slight inconvenience when you like hot showers.

I use the Hiltons app to use the digital key, when I got to the hotel I didn’t get the room they told me I would have and it was not the room I chose. We went to the pool and it was freezing, there were no towels so I went to get some from the front desk, they only had two. The tv remote was missing a back. I would not stay here again.

Arrived for check-in with no a/c in our room. Apparently were supposed to be put in a different room but staff didn't know. Water all over hall way in front of elevators the whole time we were there. Pool was closed the whole time we were there. Was a very frustrating trip.

There was no one I could talk to at the brick & mortar hotel in Guthrie Oklahoma. I had no access to your website. I NEEDED to talk to a desk clerk AT THAT location.NEVER AGAIN will I do that.

When we walked in to the room we were given, it was dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned since previous reservation. Went back to the front desk to let them know and change rooms. Went to the 2nd room, toilet was broke, it wouldn’t even flush. Let front desk know. Given a 3rd room. It was 2 queen beds, I paid for 1 king, so that wasn’t going to work. Finally, given 1 king bed suite. It was just ok. This place smells like old stale cigarette smoke in every room. The floors in the hall and elevator look like they’re never vacuumed, there’s no a/c it feels like in the lobby, halls, or elevator. I chose this hotel because usually Hamptons are very nice and clean and it had just a slightly higher rating than the Holiday Inn that’s right in this area as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Upon arrival, our room was not properly cleaned. The floors were covered in dirt, and the bathtub contained debris. We were informed that housekeeping was unavailable and that the room could not be cleaned until the following day. When it was finally cleaned, the quality was poor. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, the room was not serviced again for four days. When it was eventually cleaned, the floors were still dirty, and the beds were left unmade. Additionally, breakfast service each morning was inadequate. Many items were consistently unavailable, and staff repeatedly stated they had no additional stock to replenish the offerings.
