Weekend getaway.

Perfect balance of friendly staff, but not in your face. location across from the beach can't be beat. everyone had a comfortable stay, including the dog.

Great stay. Close to the beach. Dog friendly. Hotel was quiet. Staff were excellent and were so welcoming and accommodated and early check in for us.

3br premium apartment was fantastic

Greatly enjoyed the 3br premium apartment for our 4 night long weekend with adults, teenagers, and dogs. Can’t beat the front-row oceanview and the big deck. Beds were comfortable, both bathrooms were beautiful, and full kitchen was super convenient.

One and done.

TV not working. Missing the proper remote. Not hooked up properly. No office help after 6pm. Had to go without TV. Only have ROKU which didn’t work. Coffee maker but no coffee provided. BYOC (Bring Your Own Coffee). Shower curtain hung too high, water pools on floor during shower. (Bottom of shower curtain is about 3 inches from base). Garbage can lid broken and hanging off can. Hot water takes about 10 minutes to heat up. Staff said this is a common complaint since water heater is far from rooms. Once it gets hot, it takes a while to get to correct temp. No handicap railing or adaptation in shower. Beds very creaky. Bathroom door very creaky. Early riser wakes everyone else up. Unfriendly staff. We’ve stayed here in the past (4 or so years ago) and it was better. Maybe new owners? We won’t be back.

Room was ok but had no hot water for a day to shower and shower curtain and part of wall had black mold. Fencing around pool was broken which was dangerous for small children. Was probably why rate wasn't higher

The rooms were nice but things were missing or broken The office staff were nice but not available 24/7 and when I asked for some things I never received them. The location was excellent directly across from the beach and in walking distance to restaurants. The parking lot was packed with no organization for parking near your room.

I was expecting an ocean view, sadly not. I did inquire about a room with a view , none! Well now Not much within waking distance which was ok. No coffee but a coffee maker. 2 guests, one mug. No glasses or cups in bathroom. I’d say basic. The young adult running the coffee cart on property was Soo nice and the beverages were on point!!!
