I would comment on the breakfast but there was none available. Said it was until 9:30 on the weekends yet they “ran out” before 9 am. Never freshened up our room even when we had asked. We came because of a baseball tournament. Due to weather, many games were being pushed. We decided to book an extra night in case we played. The tournament ended up being canceled an hour later, yet we were not able to get a refund or credits we got $25 off taken the night that we did not stay… only reason it’s 2 stars is because of the guy at the front desk. He was great, tried his best to accommodate. He said yes to the refund, but the other lady that was there denied it. Very disappointed in the experience. Price was great, location was ok, everything else was bad. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. We have back to back tournaments but will not be staying here.

The front staff were excellent, extremely professional, and caring. They were sensitive to our concerns and questions.

Top notch stay. The hotel provided a lot of extra amenities that made the stay so very nice … complimentary French chocolate cookies and Evian water, robes and slippers, complimentary rides within a two mile radius. Spa services, cafe, shopping, bar and restaurant on site. I honestly could have stayed at the property for the duration of my entire time in Palm Beach. The staff was so very kind and accommodating.
