Kind Staff - Mediocre Stay

The staff was overall very helpful and kind. The rooms were decent for the price. The bedding had hair all over and inside it from the previous guest and most likely wasn't changed. We had to ask it to be replaced. By far my largest problem was other guests smoking tons of marijuana. The hallways smelled heavily of it. Also, when using the very dusty AC unit, the marijuana smell came into the room from outside. I have a somewhat sensitive nose. So despite the kindness of the staff, the time in the room was not the most pleasant. I'd consider staying again if the rooms were updated and smoking marijuana was banned on property.

I have been staying here for the past 3 years and I love it. I love being right on the boardwalk and being close to all the shops and waking up and watching the sunrise out on the ocean. I stayed on the 1st floor the past 2 years and I had a room on the second floor this time. I must say, I like the 1st floor better. All in all,it was great and I will be coming back

Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and from inside the room. The back wall is basically windows. We left the curtains wide open the entire time to get a great view of the ocean. Great location on the boardwalk conveniently located close to all the action. The businesses under the hotel all offer a discount if you show them the room key, a candy shop, pizza shop, a food shop that stays open late into the night. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I was there with my 10yr old daughter for our annual dad/daughter end of summer trip. The lady behind the desk took the time to seaech for specific coupons for her and I to use. We will definitely stay here again

The location is perfect, if you like being in the middle of everything. If you get a room facing the ocean, the view is great but don't expect peace and quiet as the boardwalk is lively well past midnight. The staff was extremely friendly. This had everything we wanted

Bed bugs in room 112. I left the front desk know. I’m still waiting to hear from them on a refund. They are waiting to hear from the bug people. My arm is a mess with bites. Overall we’ve stayed hear numerous times with no issues. Hoping the make it right.

Always love this place, customer service is amazing, always clean, great location, nothing fancy but if u enjoy somewhere to sleep, shower and dip in the pool and not have to worry about driving to the boardwalk it is the best place to stay!

The beds were comfortable a coffee make or a kettle to warm up water for coffee or tea would’ve been great but they only had microwave and a tv (we made it work for our coffee) other than that it was a great stay motel was right in front of the beach the pool was deep (3ft-8ft) the parking was good to we were actual able to leave our car there after checking out until 2:00 to do our last walk on the border

Great stay staff is very nice. Only thing was they leave an envelope for a tip for room service but they don’t clean the room or make the bed they just leave towels on the bed for you. I had a room for my family of 4 and they only gave us 2 towels. My daughter asked them about the beds but unless you need fresh sheets they don’t tidy up and you can only get fresh sheets once on your stay.

Very unhappy

We stayed here last year and loved it. We just checked out again this morning. The most disappointing stay ever. There was a family - and by that i mean a family of 10 or 12 that monipolized the pool for 2 entire days- loud music at the pool, so loud you could hear it through the doors into the rooms. It was like their own personal reunion and home. I never complain at places but i went to the desk to complain and they did nothing. 2 other guests, that im aware of, did the same. Absolutely nothing was done. So 2 days of our trip was soent listening to loud rap music through the walls and being unable to wven use the pool. At 1400$ for 3 nights, it was complete bs. Idk if new owners took over but this place has gone completely downhill in a year. The staff was so friendly last year, this year they didnt even look at the guests when they walked by all day.

The location to the boardwalk is great. Just steps away, that's the reason it gets 3 stars. Otherwise, the walls are thin. It's very noisy. A fire alarm goes off and the hotel gets evacuated. The air conditioner in the room didn't work. I think the staff tried their best, but we didnt have a great experience

Room was dirty ac vents required extensive cleaning. Ended up leaving due to smokers right outside our door from room next to us. Showers had zero water pressure to even remove sand from body. Absolutely horrible all the way around.
