The staff was excellent. For an ocean view that didn't have a balcony the windows were filthy. I'm paying almost $1,000 it should have been clean. Also the glass partitions down by the rocking chairs were filthy. And the bed blankets look like they were 20 years old. Please upgrade great location. Great staff

Could use new carpet in hallways and steps Awesome location for activities and festivities. Love that the pool is huge and clean,the Caribbean beach bar is sooo convenient and fun with live bands.

This place needs serious upgrades. Looks like it hasn’t had any tlc yet in 20 years. Lots of settling issues. Floor sagging in places. Definitely not worth the money.

It was ok

The hotel was ok. I mainly picked it because of the location to the Country Calling Festival. Way overpriced for what it is but like I said, I paid for location. Rooms are old but clean. The hallway by the elevator stayed littered with someone's dropped french fries for 2 days. Nice pool, pool bar and good restaurant downstairs. Overall, ok.

Check in was smooth - except that we were not informed that housekeeping needed to be requested. When we returned to the room, there were 2 bath towels laying on the bed and the dirty ones removed. Nothing else was done to the room. There were housekeepers in the hallway. I told them that there were 2 of us in the room and we needed additional towels. She couldn't understand me and called a manager over. He asked me what I wanted. I told him that the was not cleaned, the beds were not made and the trash was not removed. He asked what it was that I wanted again. I said that I didn't care if the beds weren't made but needed towels and cleaning. I received 2 more towels and he said that the hand towels were in the laundry. He would send some up when they were dry. He did not tell me that we had to request housekeeping. We left the room and expected some housekeeping to occur, but nothing was done. We found out that a request needed to be done each day, on our last day there. We have been staying at the hotel for many years but we probably will not return.
