Room was clean and was well supplied. When we needed service before our service date the staff was friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool was cooler than we liked so we didnt enjoy that like we hoped to.

Just off the end of the boardwalk, so it's quite a hike to the other end. Recommend bringing bikes! Decent accommodations, clean enough. Free breakfast but it's pretty minimal. A little strange that the outside doors were always open, no key required.

Views were amazing. Love that it is just down from the board walk (1-2 blocks). Building and rooms are in need of an update. Cleanliness was okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

A lesson in why not to procrastinate. Needed a room for two nights at the beach for a concert. Waited too late to have a better selection. Paid a lot of money!!!! For a balcony that faced the ocean. The hotel is rundown and dirty. I wished I’d brought a sleeping bag. Stripped off a lot of the bedding due to mystery stains. Visible dirt on the floor, downstairs hair and head hair on the floor in the bedroom, a barely cool mini fridge that had blue stuff spilled in it, broken switches in the bathroom, a wall heater with rust and exposed wiring and an air conditioning vent that could be used for bio warfare because it hadn’t been cleaned since the Carter administration.

RUN FAR AWAY!!!! DISGUSTING!!! We decided to try a new hotel this year, and it was a HUGE mistake. Checked into an ocean front room on 9/21. When walking to the room, we observed the indoor pool that looked like an absolute swamp. Stagnant water with a film of mold and mildew across it. The elevator had trash in it and greasy finger prints everywhere. The hallways have a distinct musty smell. Walked in the room and I was instantly disgusted. There was food throughout the room! Tomatoes on the floor and onions on the floor and nightstand— right beside a hand written intro note from the housekeeper! The bedding was DIRTY- stained, wrinkled, and appeared to have been slept in. I pulled down the comforter and there was black hair throughout the white (ish….) sheets. Stains on the carpet. The fridge was smelly and had food spilled in it. The freezer was completely frosted over and covered in spilled food. The bathroom was dirty and had not been swept or mopped. The microwave had food splattered. I immediately called the front desk and they sent up 2 housekeepers who didn’t at all seem concerned. When the dirty bedding was pointed out to them, they said “yea, they should’ve changed the sheets.” They were then asked if they change the sheets between guests and they did not respond! They offered us a different room, but due to the absolute filth we walked into, and the housekeepers seeming unbothered, I immediately started calling different hotels and demanded a refund.

This hotel should be renamed the Alfred Hitchcock Inn. People were constantly feeding seagulls off of their balcony. You could not use the outdoor pool because it was a bird pool It was covered in seagull, poop, bird feathers, an old, dirty tennis ball… The pool was absolutely disgusting. It’s probably a health hazard. Every day they would hose the bird poop off the sides and then a minute later the seagulls would be back swimming in the pool. There were hotels to the left and to the right both with pools and no seagulls so I’m not sure what the problem exactly is. The staff… The best word I can use is apathetic. Nobody cares. Didn’t even ask for a credit card on file when we checked in. Housekeeping staff was very nice and did their best. The rooms are dated and rusty… the exhaust fan in our bathroom was covered in so much dust. I’m not sure it’s ever been cleaned. This place should be a one star, torn down or completely remodeled

Poorly maintained, no hot breakfast as advertised. Outdoor pool has green algae in it. Elevator makes you want to take the stairs.
