We had a great weekend beach trip here for the kite festival. Good price for a balcony room that slept 6 of us right on the beach. Beautiful view and minutes from the boardwalk. Indoor pool was a plus since it was cold. Staff were very friendly and complimentary breakfast was good.

Staff was great and kind. Always there when we needed anything.Older hotel so needs some updating but clean. Microwave in our room needs to be replaced. And the tub needs grippers on the bottom, it seemed very slippery. Phone did not work so just used my cell to call the front desk.
