The staff and was rude and incompetent. I was charged a mysterious $859 which they insisted they could not find in their system when they tried to pass it on as a remaining balance. I had to call my bank to stop the payment since they could not find where the payment had been allocated. The staff was plain rude, every time I came downstairs to ask for help or had a concern, who ever was at the front desk was either sleeping or too preoccupied on their phone. And in regards to finding my missing money when I asked to speak to a manager he was nowhere to be found, and I was told he would speak to me to address the issue the next day. He never showed up to address my concerns, I would advise anyone staying at this location to monitor their bank statements because they will try to get over on you. And they should hire more competent individuals.

Two good things: safe and it’s close to the beach. The bad: they ran out of eggs within an hour of breakfast, front desk staff weren’t friendly, loud AC, stained carpet in room, no filtered water or courtesy water bottles, no hand soap in bathroom.

The hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. The location around the hotel is safe and walkable. The beach is onky 3 mins away. The rooms were new and renovated. The breakfast buffett was a real treat. I would stay again when I get chance.
