Rooms were ok... basic and what we needed. Breakfast was decent and enough. Beach chairs provided was a great touch we didnt realize ahead of tjme. Only major complaint is the dirtiness of the floors. Our feet were black from walking in our room. Definitely didn't seem like they'd been mopped or cleaned at all. Used towels to walk on and they turned black as well. No exaggeration.

Meh!

The beds were comfortable. It was an Ocean View. We did not know they only replaced towels every 3 days. They actually asked, "Do you shower every day?" Yes, we shower every day. 4 women allowed 2 poor quality rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, 3 nights. One small bag of ice per day. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, bananas, apples, juice and coffee. Beds and linens only made every 4 days. Trash removal once in 4 days. AC worked fine. Exhaust fan in bathroom filtered in marijuana smoke and filled the room with this obnoxious odor. Some employees were so kind and others were very rude. The towels we were to keep for 3 days when we did not know this, were taken from the room when we begged for clean ones but fresh ones were not replaced. Then we had none. Hair sticking to the bathroom walls, but the shower was clean. Take your own toiletries. Coffee packs for the room were 2 decaf and 2 regular for a one cup coffee maker. None were replaced. The room was clean and updated. Parking was ample. Luggage carts were like trying to man-handle unruly toddlers with a mind of their own. The pool was nice and refreshing. We used that to clean off sand since we didn't have towels. Fireworks in the park every Sunday, which we could see from the balcony. Elevator worked well but no air flow or fan, so it was suffocating to use. The beach area was great so the ocean in this area was fabulous. I would go to this area of the beach again but never to this hotel.

We stayed last year in a non suite room and it was much more comfortable than the suite we had this year. The room was not clean and it was very moist in the room. I would recommend Coastal Palm because it’s affordable and soooo close to the beach.

Great value!

Definitely will return. Very close to beach and walking distance to grocery store and convenience shops nearby. Rooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfortable with cold A/C!

This property is terrible. The cleaning staff has been fired multiple times according to the feont desk. The property is dirty and the rooms are the same. Mold in the bathroom, geitty floors, previous stays trash still in the room. If you get city side, pack ear plugs because the noise is nonstop. The beds are hard as rocks. The frontdesk doesn't really care what your complaints are. They brush you aside and say they can't help you. Stay anywhere else but coastal palms.

Family Vacation

The hotel room was clean. The bathroom was smaller than we are used to but Lee managed. The elevator is very very slow and there was only one luggage cart for everyone to use however they said they were getting in six new carts the day we were leaving. I thought they had a free hot breakfast but it was a grab and go breakfast with muffins, Bagels, juice and coffee. Overall the stay was good. The beach was close by the hotel.

The staff were very nice, and our room was clean. Our only complaint would be some of the white towels had stains, but they smelled clean. Overall it was a nice hotel for the price. Ocean City is very expensive, so this was a lower priced hotel than many others in the area. We weren’t in the room for long, so it’s just what we needed for 3 nights.

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room they originally gave to us was so dirty I requested a different room and the second one they gave was just as bad. There was hand prints all over the fridge, glass, microwave and mirror. The toilet had what appeared to be vomit or fecal splatter on it and down the side of the tub. Floors still had sand, hair and dirt on them. The previous people must have left their razor and it was still there. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean it myself. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place. So unsanitary!!!
