This is far the best hotel with a suite that we ever stayed at. We are relocating from South Fl to Ocala and unfortunately stayed at two roach infested hotels and were literary traumatized. Heather was simply amazing and accommodated our every need. We are happy to stay here 2 weeks to a month until we find out new home. I love the top of the line appliances, excellent bathroom with hot water, plenty of towels, super comfortable beds and soft bedding. I couldn't ask for more. The only improvement would be to have more storage/closet space and it would be great to have a pocket door between living space/kitchen and bedroom. However overall this is A plus facility. They also have a wonderful courtyard and meadow near bye that is so peaceful and my dog has been enjoying daily walks and nicely set up doggie station. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else in the area. Heather is simply the best!

The property condition is not great despite being very new. There is a big issue with the cleanliness of the place. I had to point out the dirt on the floor, the dust and the crumbs left on the countertop. The worst was that the bed sheets from the previous occupants had not been changed. I brought the manager to the room right away to acknowledge the issue. The cleaning guy had just put the cover back in place and called it a day. This was so gross, I have pictures. The manager apologized and said they had a new cleaning person that just started with no experience. Overall I could not wait to leave the place and will never come back.

Good for long stays if you have your own things

Relatively clean, though saw some roaches. They don't provide sponge for cleaning the few dishes so either bring your own or use the dishwasher. I found this a bit inconvenient for a short stay as there were things I didn't bring with me. Stovetop showed it's age. Seemed it had been cleaned with an abrasive cleaner and the top was pretty damaged. There is an oven but no oven mitts or anything that could be used to cook with the oven. All in all it's a good option if you're ok with the absence of things. I've had better similar stays elsewhere for the same price so it doesn't earn 5 stars from me.

The property was great. Clean and spacious, but the area around it seems to be improving, but right now it felt a bit sketch. It is VERY convenient to the interstate, but I had to travel to the next exit to find a grocery store. Staff was responsive. We did a late check-in, and when I called, the staffer answered immediately, and gave us easy, clear instructions on how to get our room key. Would stay again.
