Motel Ran Down !!!

HORRIBLE!!!! The room smelled bad when we first walked in like mildew. The bathroom had no tissue and the shower had mildew. ROACHES!!! Roaches clawing on the bed, in the lamp, and floor. The air coming out the air conditioner smelled also like the filters never been changed. No towels take your own towels bc they will run out. Walls are paper thin so don’t expect to get any sleep while there.

Internet was down ,so booking cancelled when I arrived. Man on front desk apologised and had tried to call me, but it's an English number, so did not work. Can't comment on facilities as I only used the coke machine. If computer goes down just take cash instead. If there's any problems like damage, the hotel has everyone's credit card on file

We arrived and we were told they had more reservations than bookings. I had reserved 2 rooms. Eventually they gave us keys to two rooms. One of the rooms we walked in and somebody’s stuff was already in there. There was luggage and a laptop we are lucky the person wasn’t in there since we checked in at night who knows what could have happened. We went to the front desk and had to wait till they found us a room that wasn’t the same amount of beds as the one we reserved but we were stuck and needed to sleep. The area is sketchy I was glad to leave as early as we could.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. I’m so disappointed. I am a woman and I was traveling alone. First thing I noticed was my room did not have a safety latch, which made me nervous. I went to walk into the bathroom to turn on the lights and my non-smoking room had cigarette ashes all over the bathroom floor I went to bend down to clean them up and there were hundreds of ants everywhere all over the bathroom. There was also no hot water. I called the front desk and made them aware of everything. I was told there was nothing they could do. I took pictures and videos and again told the front desk the next morning when I checked out and again was told there was nothing they could do. I’ve contacted Expedia also six times and everyone is refusing to give me a refund. The condition of my room goes against health codes and the hotel guarantees a safe clean place when you book the room online which I did not have.

Ocala mistake

This property has been updated with paint, room ordered was not available. Sent to room on 2nd. floor. I noticed the was not a blanket on bed. I asked for one and the staff said they did not have one because they were all being stolen. I tried the motel several years ago, it was a dump then. Looks improved but not much else. My mistake to use them, never again.
