Jets in the hot tub were not working let the desk know first night and was told maybe they needed to reset them said it happens quite a bit , the second night the same thing I got the distinct feeling they knew they didn't work !! The picture on television in our room was blurry to the point it was hard to enjoy and had my reservation not been prepaid thru Travelocity I would have asked for a refund for the second night and went else ware . Television and hot tub are always a mandatory when I consider a stay and this one missed the mark

I was hoping to get something for the $40 fee for my dog. It would be great if I was offered some bowls to use to feed/water my dog and/or a “milk bone” like treat. Otherwise the stay was great!

Nice little place to stay for nearby sightseeing. Oak harbor is nice little town and this hotel is in the middle. It was close to main street. Many dining option, clean room. Breakfast was okay. One think I don't like was restroom fan was too loud when light is on and pool is too small. My stay was good. I will recommend this place.

Amazing Stay

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. It’s amazing super chill clean and definitely easy to access areas around the town of Oak Harbor. I definitely like the room sizes and how much they cost. It’s super affordable easy to chill out and relax. The only thing that I do miss is the orange soap that was in the showers. I would love for them to bring that back if possible that was the only thing that I miss about this hotel but overall staying was amazing. Customer Service is impeccable.
